Following the completion of a feasibility study, Ford 3 was selected to continue with the design and renovation of ISC’s spaces on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. This project would allow for the consolidation of the various offices within ISC with some spaces being fully renovated & others “refreshed.” The design was intended to unify the various spaces and strengthen the identity of the department. In conjunction with the interior architecture, Ford 3 was responsible for a FF&E package. Budget and timing were critical to the success of the project.

In order for ISC to operate during construction, Ford 3 worked with Penn to create a phasing and swing space plan to support ongoing operations. Pandemic work-from-home restrictions allowed this to be reduced to two phases rather than the three originally planned.
