Time marches on and sometimes buildings need a helping hand. We are passionate about restoring existing architecture to its full glory. Honoring history while embracing the future encompasses telling the story of a building through historic preservation while respectfully bringing it into the 21st century. Knowing the cultural and historic significance of a building is an integral part of our preservation process. Many architectural gems are hidden in plain sight, and it can be quite gratifying to uncover what is underneath. It is our job to give an old building new life, make it functional, and bring it back to its original integrity, all in an aesthetically beautiful structure inside and out.

Creating architecture that inspires others is at the core of what we do.
Inspiration is at the foundation of our work, both literally and figuratively. We strive to design architecture that sparks creativity for those within its walls or viewing from outside. The visuals of a building evoke a feeling when seen and experienced, whether it’s visiting a college campus transformed, embracing the light through a living room wall of windows, or walking through time in a historically preserved church. Our focus is in the imaginings of how a space will be used, and how it will be most visually beautiful as well as functional, sustainable, and successful for our clients. We help create an environment for people to feel inspired -- by the light, the design, and the aesthetic, and to come away experiencing architecture on a whole different level.
