ProQuest Investments
ProQuest Investments wanted to create modern facilities that would reflect their cutting edge investment strategies. A particular concern was the reconfiguration of the air distribution system to maximize ceiling height.
Through a complete gut renovation, ProQuest was able to personalize their space within the envelope of the historic building. Ford 3 Architects used new colors, carpet, and contrasting maple and walnut cabinetry to convey a progressive environment.

Renovations
Together with the renovations of the office space above for Proquest Investments, Ford 3 Architects designed a ground floor lobby that revitalized the entry and created a preview of the quality services to come. The palate of the contrasting maple and walnut cabinetry is visible from the street through the glass façade that fills the three arches on the corner of Nassau and Witherspoon St.
